"My elderly mother has been a customer with state farm in Ryan's territory for more than 25 years. She has never heard from him. She was just in a total loss accident and she still hasn't heard from him. State Farm has treated my mother like a number and we are now having to file a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance because they will not do what is right on our payout."
We responded:

"Premiums comstantly go up with no claims. How dontiubgi from 500 a month to 1100 that's crazy no explanation except the same song market fluctuations yaday yada."
